Hart received a Final Grant of Certification on March 15, 2019.

Dominion Voting Systems Democracy Suite 5.5-B: Project Manager – Ryan Macias; VSTL – Pro V&V
The application was approved on February 26, 2019. A test plan is being developed by Pro V&V.
